I'm not trying to animate anything. I just want 2 cheek logos to switch to new logos when the user taps the screen. I don't want to lose my work just to switch to a trigger template, and all the tutorials I've found focus on 3D objects.
Is there a way I can still make this happen without starting over?

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

You should be able to copy the scripts from the Trigger project into your existing project. You'd then need to following the tutorial to set up the required triggers.
I've found that to get the scripts you can either download them from the tutorial page (https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/templates/face/trigger/) or create a new trigger project from the template, save it, and then copy the scripts from the saved project folder.
