specific word tracking

how would i go abouts or could someone leads meh in the direction of creating (or is it available) a specific workd tracking ie. when someone says party, confetti and disco dancers briefly flood the screen, like john trovolta disco pose while starring you in the eyes with a small little poof cloud of confetti in the background, like a fizzled out puff of smoke with a little drizzle of confetti just for a few seconds fading out with travolta getting smaller but eyes and mouth staying the same size stretching away from the body and then ssmop, it disappears. ha....... hirarious
