I would like to develop a karaoke like in snapchat but I'm not sure how best to do it.

I thought create the lyric animation in AE (for exemple) an create a GIF to import in the lens studio. I don't know if it's a good idea.

The way you explained would be a good idea, but you've got to be careful of the 4MB limit for your lens. Maybe try as a test just using a PNG of each line of the song and just switching when it starts/ends, so that you have the functionality there, and you can switch in a GIF/MP4/etc when you need to.
Also, be careful of copyrighted music and sounds.
I second Callum's suggestion! The fullscreen template would be a good option for this, using the option to change the lyrics on the screen at set time marks.
