To add the Tween package to your project, select
Add New -> Helper Scripts -> Tween Managerin theObjectspanel. If you still can't find it please let us know so we can take a deeper look.Cheers,

I also can't find the Tween Manager in version 2.3.1:

Please disregard! I found it under the Objects panel menu, not under the Resources panel menu.
I think this thread should be closed, because as far as I can see it's just being used to promote websites? If you check the Embedded websites it seems like an advertisement.
