I see my stats for my lens - are these just based off the past 24 hours? Or are they based off since the lens went live on Sep 21? Also, what is the difference between scans and shares? Thanks!

The statistics you see in My Lenses are cumulative - so all-time statistics. A scan is the act of using the Snapchat camera to scan the snapcode whether from the camera roll or if the Snapcode is physically in the world. Sharing is when people send the Lens to their friends to look at and play with when snapchatting.
