Lens Stats - Would be nice

  • I find myself in the same position. A CSV spreadsheet for incremental stats would be absolutely phenomenal for reporting purposes.

  • Hey Groove Jones team and Brendan,

Thanks for letting us know about the additional statistics you'd like to see. While I'll let the engineers know about these requests, have you checked out the statistics you can see on the Snapchat application?

Once your Lens reaches 100 scans, you can view Scan and Click statistics within the Snapchat app on a weekly basis, all the way back to the Lens's creation.

    To access simply:

    1. Open the Snapchat app
    2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-left to go to the Profile screen
    3. Tap the gear in the top-right to go to the Settings page
    4. Tap Snapcodes->My Snapcodes->"LENS NAME"

Let me know if you run into any issues accessing.

    Cheers,
    Kaitlyn

  • Kaitlyn,

Thanks for your response. Yes, we can see the stats as it has been viewed over 16K times.

Is there a way of logging into Lens Studio and viewing stats on a weekly basis. We are launching several of these for various clients and it is easier to log into Lens Studio than to log into the Snapchat App.

    More to come!

  • Hey Groove Jones,

Currently there is no way to see stats on a weekly basis within Lens Studio, but I can add that to the above requests.

    Cheers,
    Kaitlyn
