    If that's not what you were going for let me know some specifics of the effects you were hoping to achieve and we'll see if we can guide you into making that Lens.

  • Hey i am using lens like this and i open new project and the. Add billboard and then add my picture sample to it and then i wanted that when i tap on the screen I should get another picture that i want in my lens how to do that??

    You can create a short script to do this.

    To add a script to your object: In the Inspector panel of the object which contains your billboard, at the bottom, click "Add Component" > "Script". Then click "Add Script" and in the pop-up window click "Add New" > "Script". 

    Then let's modify this script. In the Resources panel, you should see the script that you just made. Double click that resource and it should open a text editor. Copy and paste the following into that file:

    // Asset.Texture otherTexture

    var spriteVisualComponent = script.getSceneObject().getFirstComponent("Component.SpriteVisual")
    spriteVisualComponent.mainPass.baseTex = script.otherTexture

    The first line allows us to get a reference to the second texture. The second gets us the Sprite component on this scene object (the billboard). Finally the third line sets the texture. 

    Now in your preview you should see your second texture! To get it to change on touch start: select the Billboard in the Objects panel again, and in the Script component that you added, there is a drop down called "Initialized". You can click it to have the script run on "Touch Started".

    So your final set up should look something like this:

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
