Preview stuck on face

For some reason the preview window is stuck on face options. I can switch to other faces or video faces, but the tab for still backgrounds is missing. When opening world templates it appears, but when starting a new project from scratch, it is gone.

    Hi Benjamin, can you try switching between the front and rear camera in the preview panel? It's this button in the bottom left of the panel:

    When in the rear camera mode, you'll see all of the world background preview images & videos.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
