Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.
Still, we hear you loud and clear, and are logging the issue in case there's ever a workaround we can provide!
Minimum Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Keep an eye out for a followup email from us. We may have a couple more questions for you, or we might already have a solution to offer.
Happy creating!
That's a good idea! I have added this to our feature requests!
Is it a thing yet? If not, how do I make everything go back to normal and be ready to play again? Currently I can only get it to play once and stop or not stop at all.
Hi Mindy,
Happy to help you with resetting your Lens back to normal/ ready to play again.
Can you explain a bit what is going on in the Lens that needs to be reset? Do you have an animation playing? 2D? 3D? Are you using a template? If so, which one? Any more details would be greatly appreciated and feel free to include screenshots!
Cheers,
Kaitlyn
Hello,
We would also like to use script to reset (restart) the Lens as if it was launched again by the user.
The current workaround is tedious : when the Lens has finished, we need to reset each and every node that was modified, to its original state.
For example if there is a Tween that Fades Out something, we also need to Fade In at restart.
All objects that were displayed by our scripts now need to be hidden at restart.
It's not difficult, but it's very time consuming.
A single "resetLens" function would solve it.
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAALLY need this.
Same here, is there anyway to script a "Reset Lens" that we can link to a "Tap" or any other trigger?
We would be still really happy to have this @... :)
Sometimes the lens starts with bugs but when i reset it everything works as intended/setup. So a way to auto-restart would be suuuuper nice!
Definitely still interested in seeing this feature come to life, would help in so many ways and would save us so much time / code instead of resetting parameters one by one @... 🙏
