By default, all live Lenses are public. This means any Snapchatter around the world can find and play with your Lens if they have its Snapcode or Lens Link, or if they find your Lens in Lens Explorer or search.

If for any reason you wish to prevent Snapchatters from finding your Lens in Snapchat via Lens Explorer and Search, change the visibility setting of your Lens to Do not promote within My Lenses. People will still be able to scan the Snapcode and send the Lens to their friends if they have it, but Snapchat will not publicly promote the Lens.

If you want to ensure your Lens cannot be found beyond us not promoting it, we recommend you deactivate the Lens within My Lenses.
