Try installing the specific version of Microsoft Redistributable that Lense Studio requires (it's inside the main path of Lense Studio, and I think it's called vcredist)

Don't work on Lens Studio or on your phone? Does your phone have Gyroscope sensor? If not, that's why it don't track the world
