Just posted my own thread about it. Happening on both Mac and PC, both before and after updating to the newer versions of both Lens Studio and Snap Camera.

I literally have the same exact problem. Now it is not working at all, I tried updating/reinstalling/restarting and nothing seems to work.

So I'm using Snap Camera on Mac. Here's my problem. My favorites (Anime style and vintage poster ) disappeared a couple days ago . If I re-open/reinstall Snap Camera all the lenses that disappeared...
