OLC is Official Lens Creator. You can have Creators profile either being popular or applying for the OLC.

You can edit something from it which you think can be copyrighted or inappropriate and update it.

Maybe there is too many apps open at once, happens with me too when too many apps are open together. Try closing them and restarting your computer. Everything will be fine then

I am so sorry to see that. Maybe you can make new Lens with more new techniques like scripting and object tracking and then try applying for OLC again after 3 months. All the best
