Application "snapcamera"win10 does not connect to the server, I can't click on anything

  • It's extremely annoying when a program doesn't work properly. But, it's even better when you can solve the problem on your own. The first thing you should do is to update snapcamera, as well as its partner program windows live writer. To do so, visit the official website of snapcamera and windows live writer and search for updates. Follow the instructions you find there. If nothing helps, it's time to move on to the more extreme troubleshooting. Remove the program from your computer by deleting the application files in c:\program files\ or c:\program files (x86)\ folder and reinstalling the program.   • I didn't understand what windows live writer has to do with it, but it didn't work at all, I've done this process a few times, uninstalled and installed again, its latest version is 1.19.0, it still has problems, everything " works" but there is no search bar and the page below is just loading

  • Same here, reinstalling Snap Camera didn't help. Updating Win 10 didn't help. And talk about extreme troubleshooting; I formatted the PC and reinstalled Win 10, still nothing. :(

    I highly recommend that you try to clear Cache for your PC

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
