Are anyone having trouble with the Creator Profile?
Hii everyone
Actually, some day before my Public profile is upgraded to a creator profile (not verified) automatically. First 1-2 days everything was fine I can see my public story answer the audiance's reply etc. But all of a sudden i stopped seeing my audience metrics instead it was only showing loading icons soon as possible
Now I am facing many problems in Creator Profile,The biggest problem is that I can't see the insights of my lenses. i frequently open snapchat to see how my lens is performing now i can't able to see this.
Apart from this, I am facing a lot of problems in the creator profile.
Please let me know if you are facing same or anyone have any suggestions regarding this.

Sorry for the problem you are experiencing but the best way is to go to your Snapchat settings > I spotted a bug > Profile
explain briefly what you are going through and attach a screenshot if possible, hope they ll get back to you in a moment…
Yes @... my lenses insights also disappeared, I don't know why. Did you find any solution about it?
Btw Reply to Stories/Quoting is only for verified Users, How did you get reply feature?

Actually I got it automatically, I had not done anything for it. I have been making lenses for almost 1.5+ years and my insights and followers are also growing positively. But now I feel like Snapchat gave it to me by mistake and now took it back from me. I feel very motivated now Actually I got it automatically, I didn't do anything for it. there are three kind of profile
public profile (spotlight)
business profile (no story replies or quoting)
creator profile has everything as a verified profile exept the star
so he had gotten a creator profile you must be given by snapchat no way to request it

Haha Sounds funny @... but I wish you would get Lenses insights and quoting feature again.Whenever you get reply from Snapchat Team please let me know because my insights are also disappeared. I also badly want to get it back

I had a 'Public Profile' before and got a Creator Profile just 3 weeks ago.
I also got issue but creation step is done. My username not changeable. I am not change it in 1st year. And i want to change it with my web name but now how long it take to appear that option.

the only wat to get is as they say:
To become eligible for a Creator Account, an account must have a Public Profile, must be an active poster to their Stories and Spotlight and have grown an audience.
Accounts will be upgraded to Creator Accounts on a recurring basis, and are not processed immediately upon meeting criteria. Snap evaluates accounts on a rolling basis to identify accounts to become both Creator Accounts. At this time, there is no way to request your account be considered for a Creator Account.

I have enormous measure of devotees however I dont have that element in my profile, Can you guide me how might I get that element? Would it be advisable for me to need to contact to group snapchat or do I can do myself? Much appreciated

I is easy to make a profile of creator and also i got username issue but solve as i know from one website that you can change username once a year. But thanks GOD i got a chance to change it.
