Connect Color UI Slider to Hair color? Getting Error.

Hey Lens Community,

Does anybody know how to connect the color slider from the UI slider from Lens studio with the hair color? I have read and followed the guide Link But I think this is an old instruction.

I'm getting an error when I followed instructions step by step.

Hi, iamhaamoo

You might want to check script execution order (if you are calling function from some place make sure it has been initialized)

Since it's hard to guess what could go wrong attaching my scene hierarchy and scripts, hope this helps. Starting from default Hair Template :

1.

///added these lines at the end of Hair Color Controller

function setColor1 (col){
colorVal1.x = col.x;
colorVal1.y = col.y;
colorVal1.z = col.z;
enable();
}

function setColor2 (col){
colorVal2.x = col.x;
colorVal2.y = col.y;
colorVal2.z = col.z;
enable();
}
script.api.setColor1 = setColor1;
script.api.setColor2 = setColor2;
```
2. Added UI widgets from Asset Library Made sure my sliders are below the Hair Controller

3. Set up callbacks on Sliders:

This should work! Attaching completed project as well
