Hey, 

 I just a couple days ago hit a big milestone that I have wanted to share,  I love this community a lot and I'm happy I can be a part of it!   My account has gained soo much in the last 6  months its crazy to me and I wanted to thank the community for its support.    for me at least getting 1 Billion views every month is great.

    Have u try to reinstall Snapchat? If not try this!

    Another method, go to the Snapchat setting and clear the app cache! I have tried to capture the shooting products but its working fine for me.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
