Insights but cant make public profile
a week ago i deleted my business public profile, two days ago I got my insights without having a personal or business public profile, how do I get creator? does insights mean i'm getting closer? I cannot make a public profile or personal public profile the option to make it doesn't appear when I press the 3 dots next to snap map, not only that I tried reaching out to snapchat on the website, email, live chat, and twitter and no reply back, no help or anything please help or fill me in please and thank you.

You can only insight but in case you want to see it publically you have to create a new public profile. Because its possible only when you create it publicly. on private it's not possible. you can create your profile through this

Insight means your subscribers more than 5k
About creating public profile, I also have an issue with creating profile once I try to it says unable to create public profile.
I reached out Snapchat support already about this issue. Till now I recommend to wait for the next update. Let’s hope it’s fixed.
About your setting, it says that you have public profile try to enter it and see if it works or not if yes it means you don’t have an issue with your profile.

furthermore, before I removed my account from a business account, I went into audience and selected a few things like lifestyle categories vs snapchat average. and thinking that i'm disconnected wont my insights go away?

Thanks for participating. I have seen your issue and its ok on our side. I request you to please uninstall snapchat and install it again. I am saying because i am experiencing with this issue with my judi casino and after uninstall it its working absolutely Fine.
