Lens is not visible under public profile and is not searchable

  • The simplest solution would probably be either trying to push an update to it or just publishing it again and deleting this old broken one. Looks like a problem on Snap's end so you'd have to wait for Snap support to fix this one

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
