Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Try restarting your pc

if it occurs you can simply save the project. after click on save wait 2 minutes because it takes time in saving project. thn you can close the current session and reopen the project from saved path...try uploading the lense it will work...sometimes it showing exporting wait a minute in that case also you can use this method........

Try using a VPN. I know its a cheap shot but worked for me several times. I'd go with 1.1.1.1
I think there is an issue with your internet connection or country so you can test your internet speed here or try to use VPN.
internet connection can be a bump sometime. You should have run a speed check before uploading your stuff. Try tm speed test to determine your uploading speed before taking any further measures.
