    My lenses do not appear on my profile

    It takes some hours to appear on the public profil so wait ~24 hours and then if the problem still exists try to contact the lens studio support at lensstudio-support@snapchat.com

  • Try to reconnect lens studio with your profile.
    Or
    Go to settings
    Additional settings
    Manage
    And check whether your lens studio is connected to the profile or not.
    Hope it will help.
    Otherwise the lenses reappear after some time,just wait.

    It usually takes a bit for new lenses to show up. Sometimes it can be a couple hours and other times and it can be several days. I hope that your lenses will appear quickly!

  • Seems your profile is a business profile, if you have already published the lens, it should be under business lenses and it will not shown in your profile as a community lens unless you add it there from your admin page

    do these steps:

    add lenses

    select your lens

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
