    Sometimes it takes a while for the statistics to update and I also think there's a minimum number you need to achieve before it's getting counted in the insights. I believe that threshold is at 9, so at least 9 views, plays, and shares.

    Just give it some time, and I'm sure the insights will appear soon ^^

    Once the lenses have been published and approved it is Public and able to be used. However, It will take some time for the lens to appear on any public profile, maybe a couple of hours, this is normal.

    The statistics on your lenses usual show up after a day or sometimes when your lens has over 5 shares. 

    I would never be concerned about missing statistics, if the lenses say Public then you have nothing to worry about and anything will usually sort itself out.

    Hope things are back to normal.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
