    No need to panic ! There are several ways to solve this problem:

    1. Try to close the project and reopen it
    2. Turn off and on the computer
    3. Uninstall and reinstall Lens Studio
    4. Especially check your internet connection

  • I dont get it my lens is rejected with the reason

    • This Lens features content that could be perceived as inappropriate or offensive to a particular group of people. This could include, but is not limited to, the use of stereotypes towards other people and groups

    but that isnt makes any sense i have made the lens for the community i dont get why it says that can you please help me???? lens ID is: dec89249-8b63-4b65-bc91-80e7fa611bb0

  • yes the same issue I faced when I tried to publish my man van lens but after I received guidance from the snap expert.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
