Snap Camera filters aren't working properly (help)

When I use filters as the Anime filter, Twin filter, Baby filter, Beard removal - instead of changing my appearance they spawn weird squares on my face. As shown in the pic: 

Some filters work, as the Cartoon one, ones with 3D images. Seems like there are filters that blend images with the users face, and these ones aren't working for me.. can anyone help with that?

My specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT

CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 3.20GHz

RAM: 2X8 GB DDR3

OS: Windows 10, updated.

    I am also having this problem. Would really appreciate any help.

    I have a RX 5700 XT if that helps

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
