Make sure you have the latest version of SnapCamera.
There are different ways to solve this problems, but try out the solutions explained on this page. If its still not working i would advice to try some of these tips.

Hey, snapcamera is not working on zoom on my m1 mac neither. I just installed the app from the website and I have the latest zoom update. How can I fix this?
It's been broken for 2 years. Stopped working after OSX 10.14. They blame users instead of fixing their code signing.
