  • In version 3.3.3 the template seems to be already fixed. Thank you !

    In this template is a mesh with the name 'neutral.mesh' which all available 51 blend shapes defined.

    Face Expressions Template:
    Path = Resources/mesh/Face Mesh Blendshapes/Neutral

    It would be very useful if I could import this mesh (with the blendshapes) into my 3D software so that I can adapt my model to the blendshapes that the ExpressionsController script can handle. Unfortunately, the mesh is stored in an internal Lens Studio format. Could you possibly make the file available to me as an Fbx or similar?

    I have already emailed the question to Vincent Tang (Lens Studio Support) but never received an answer.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
