Is anyone having this issue?

The last 3 days I haven't been able to prototype lenses on my device because when sending to device it does not send the lens data.  It appears as a blank loading lens on my device and does not work despite being pushed through.  I have sent in a bug report but while it is pending I was wondering if the community has had this issue and have a possible workaround.  It's hugely affecting my ability to produce lenses.

I've encountered this issue in the past but it went away in a day.  Now I can't get it to go away.

I am using Galaxy S9+ and the current version of Lens Studio.

    Update: after uninstalling and reinstalling the application on my computer and phone it is working again but I do hope the issue is looked into!  Hopefully this info will help anyone having the same issue as I was.

    Yes, it is working on my side as well after installing and uninstalling on my mobile and pc. you can also try this on your side as well.

    i’ve ran into this probably a few time lately as well, what i have done to fix that problem is make sure my version is up to date and my project is saved once all of that is good i then close the program and reopen it on both my phone and computer. i also disconnect my device from the pairing and repair it and all seems well after. hope this helps if it happens again!

    yes I have this issue from the last two months when ever I try to send it to the device the data is not sendinghere and I have no experience about it please guide if you guys know how to deal with this situation.

    I think there is an issue in the lens data I will suggest you to check it out again and see what is the issue in this lens data you can seehere some guidance about what I am telling to you.

  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
