Is anyone having this issue?

  • Update: after uninstalling and reinstalling the application on my computer and phone it is working again but I do hope the issue is looked into!  Hopefully this info will help anyone having the same issue as I was.

  • Yes, it is working on my side as well after installing and uninstalling on my mobile and pc. you can also try this on your side as well.

  • i’ve ran into this probably a few time lately as well, what i have done to fix that problem is make sure my version is up to date and my project is saved once all of that is good i then close the program and reopen it on both my phone and computer. i also disconnect my device from the pairing and repair it and all seems well after. hope this helps if it happens again!

  • yes I have this issue from the last two months when ever I try to send it to the device the data is not sendinghere and I have no experience about it please guide if you guys know how to deal with this situation.

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
