How to see All Time views in My Lenses 2.0?

  • in the current state of lens studio, the only statistics that you are able to to get are the 7 day, 28 day, and all time statistics which are found in your lens studio app ( on the computer).

  • But when I updated the app to v3.3 it wont show the app popup it only opens the web version...

    It was removed as an accident. It will be added back again soon, this is for the update 3.3v.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
