Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

The certification policy for Lens creators has changed. Before it was necessary to register on a form. Now Lens Studio will come to you if they think you can be an Official lens creator.
What is the difference between OLC and Lens Creative Partner Program?
An OLC can be any creator who is pushing the world of lens studio.
The lens creative partners are business focused freelancers and agencies that have an understanding of sponsored lenses and snapchat's ad platform.
You most have to wait
Snapchat will invite you if they think you are fitting in their OLC program 🙈
