i message to this email but there is no reply and  20 days ago i created a new lens but its not able to search list or my profile and its been millions views my fans not used it very well  please solve my problem

    did u share lens id in mail. check if lens got rejected or not

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
