- Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

You can replace it with a 3D model or image object. If you're doing a 3D model, export it the same from your modeling software but when importing to Lens Studio, make sure the layer of the mesh is set to the orthographic layer. Otherwise, the model will remain unlit, as the lights are only set up to light the orthographic layer. Then, drag the model under the controller of the body part you want it attached to. Use the same steps for the image object.
