stuck in review

  • i think my insights for lenses is broken one of my lens is on 12 million its shows my total veiws is 9 million its been more den 24 hours btw

    I also have the same issue , but i think we just have to wait a bit.

    My alltime views are also stuck at the same numbers.

    some times the lens takes more time depend on what compose the lens
    if its using onnx models it take more time usually

    its just a matter of time

    I think it must be an intern server problem. Otherwise i cant explain it.

    But just a theory im not sure , maybe im wrong.

    Lenses that utilize Style Transfer or other Machine Learning elements typically take a business day to complete review. Given that you submitted it on Saturday, today would be the first day it could have been reviewed.

    As for the Total views issue. Can you confirm if the total views is stuck in My Lens in Lens Studio or in Insights within the Snapchat app?

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
