    Lens Studio is 3.0.0, no updates are found.
    Snap Camera was 1.8.0; checking update i installed 1.8.1. 

    File info says anyway 1.8.0:



    even after downloading the sw from the website and reinstalling. "Check for updates" menu says:



    The problem with video is still there anyway. My lens is "bck via col vento".

    Any idea?

    I modified the lens adding the same video on a texture. The texture is disabled tapping. On Lens Studio, i can see the video both on the background and on the texture, On Snap Camera, the video doesn't start anymore on both.

  • Today it works. I can see video. Don't know: sound like a reboot can make the new lenses work after installing. Is it possible?

    Another issue i found, and that I hope can help you to fix, is that sometimes my lens "bck via col vento" still fail loading video, and shows a black image instead. All times this happens, is because I'm offline. Going online and restarting snap camera solves. This is a problem for my setup as I'd need the favourites lens to work even if we're offline.

  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
