Can't uninstall snap camera on my laptop (windows)

I saw that you need and app called Uninstall Snap Camera but i don't have it and can not uninstall Snap Cam. And it doesn't work via Control Panel.

    C:\Program Files\Snap Inc\Snap Camera

    Follow this directory if not right-click the Snap Camera app and click open file location then scroll all the way down and second to last is the uninstaller.

    When I downloaded the lens, I can't use my snap camera. I can't open it anymore, but when I try to uninstall it, it says the snap camera is still running so i cant open and uninstall it even if i want to

    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
