Hand found only on specific area of screen?

Hello,

I have tried searching the forum for an answer, but could not locate anything that matched what I was looking to do.

Is it possible to specify the area within the camera image, that if hand found, triggers an animation?

For instance, someone raises their hand above their head, trigger.
