  • I have the same issue. 2 of my lenses that I updated a week ago have been stuck in review. Other lenses I have updated since have been updated within 10 minutes? Did something go wrong with the servers last week?

  • Hello xavierworme,

Could you possibly make sure that all of your content meets the guidelines and based for ages 13+.

Any content that could infringe a copyright may keep your lens in review.

  • Thanks Corey Ellis-Johnson,

Nothing infringes any copyright and it is fine for 13+. The lenses I'm trying to update are currently called "Kalon" and "Napoleon" they are just lenses that change the colours etc. and I'm not actually wanting to change the lens itself just its name and icon!

    Kalon > Autumn Aesthetic

    Napoleon > Punchy

  • I updated one of my most viewed lens and it's still in review for more than 3 days. What should I do? I even updated another lens but it went live in minutes which has very less views. What's the problem in here? What should I do?
