I been working so hard for doing lenses and there is a lot of people like my interesting lenses I hit the 2.23m I been staying all night for doing these interesting lenses. For doing all that I need to verified my account with the gold star so my fans can know me. And I'm till doing and creating the interesting lenses.

Views don't determine if you get to be an OLC, it's about having innovative and creative lenses.
And I can't seem to find the application at this moment, but try emailing Snapchat support.

Wait for sometime as they replied to me saying my application is with them and on the last stage of verification so just wait for few days they will reply to you too.
