3D object just don't show up

  • There's No Tree on it, that's why there isn't anything showing, the arrow next to it the left arrow, meaning there is no object to display

    I Instantiated it but it still doesn't show up on the studio part. I have no idea what the 'Tree' and 'arrows' are though.

  • I just find it difficult to explain what I’m trying to say sometimes, click meshes and make sure you have a mesh in there, it looks like when you initiate it it’s not really initiating because nothings going into the Object panel

  • It seems as if your meshes did not import at all. Usually there is a little dropdown arrow in the meshes folder which means there is content inside the folder. In this instance there are no meshes in your import. What software are you using for your export?

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
