can you make money from snap filters?

  • Wow that's impressive. Which filter?

    That was my question too.

I had a fashion filter which got 50K in a day. There's quite a lot of work (but I enjoy it) put into my fashion filters which I did for my MA Fashion Design project, so I have deactivated them, roughly 40 lenses and created a website

People can select an outfit and send a photo and 60 second video to be digitally styled. Then they can post the results on their social media. This is a model based on 3D virtual prototyped garments. I am also offering Zoom party outfits, and can release lenses for a short period to customers for that purpose. It's a new website, so I don't have any customers yet.

Or KAWs have put out an art rental app, but they have a lot of money to do this. And they are very famous.

Some lucky people have been made offical creators but I think the skill level is mixed.

I think this topic needs to be raised in the LensFest.

I wanted to ask about Sponsored Lenses, and how that works...

  • Hi,

Not sure if this answer your question but you can always take money for making a lens for another person or a business.

You can always add a gig on sites such as fiverr etc.
