This is a great question! First off happy vibe was made with a post effect you can learn more on how to make your own post effect here: https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/guides/2d/post-effect/ In the latest V2 Lens Studio the label of presets are under color correction as show below:
Also lens creator app? Are you referring to the lens explorer as shown below:
So can I add presets (DNG files) into Lens Studio ?
So you have to go into Lightroom and grab snaps color correction table which is here (https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/guides/2d/post-effect/) and then bring it into lightroom. Once in Lightroom, apply you're preset and then export the new file. Once done bring up lens studio and go to post effects, color correction and upload your file!
