My computer & drives were stolen and, with them, the files for an important Sponsored Lens, set to receive significant paid ad dollars. A preview version of the lens was live (I have the ID) — is there any way to recover the lens files hosted on Snap's servers?

Unfortunately, it's likely due to the operating system or hardware you're using – since they don't meet the system requirements for Lens Studio.

Unfortunately there's no way to recover lens files from snap's servers.
Sorry to hear about your situation, that must be horrible.
Next time, take a backup and upload to google drive :)

Unfortunately, we do not receive a copy of your files when you submit, only the Lens Explorer package. If you need assistance creating a similar Lens again, please let us know and we can point you to the right features!
