I want the user to to be able to explore the world in 360 degree around himself. Is it possible in Lens Studio? If yes How can i do it?
I used the portal template but i want him to look around without swiping on the screen.
Can they look around by physically moving their phone?

Yes, anything using tracking will allow the user to look around in 3D space. The portal template supports this as well. Simply walk into it.

As Brandon noted, the native tracking should allow the user to look around the scene just by physically moving their phone. Take a look at the guides for the Look Around Template and the Portal Template for two different ways to do so.
