Is there an older version of Lens Studio Available?

Hi,

I posted a week ago because Lens Studio would not respond for me even though I meet the system requirements. Then, I had to report a crash/bug and my situation got transferred to the engineers. I have a strong hunch I won't be hearing back from them.

My question is this: Is there an older version of Lens Studio I can use? I would like to use Lens Studio but am working on a deadline and need to consider other options if it won't be available to me.

    hi karolina, i was wondering if you can help me too!! i have a Mac OS X 10.7.5 laptop and it will not let me download the lens studio even though i have updated my laptop.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.

Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher
