Blank My Lenses

  • That sounds weird.

    Can you try to log out and log back in at lens studio?

    You can do this by going to your lenses, and clicking your name top right corner and log out.

    If that doesn't solve the problem,

    What version is your lens studio?

    Try updating lens studio, you can do this by opening lens studio, clicking Lens studio top left, and check for updates

    or you can go here:

    if that doesn't work, please fill out the report a bug form.

    please go to https://support.lensstudio.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

    and click "report a bug or error"

    Fill out the form, make sure to include logs.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
