rejected my lens!

  • That's weird. Are you sure it doesnt violate their guidelines?

    Can you take a screenshot of the lens so we can see what it is

  • This gets recently for all of my lenses so "empty"
    And with many person recently with users in the Middle East and "Arabs" specifically!

    This is an example of my last lens:

    Please help, I don't know what's wrong with it after checking through all guidelines :(

    Send a email to

    make sure to include lens id so they can investigate

    You can find it under the lens  snapcode.

  • Copy and paste this text into your TerminalCommand Window
    open ~/Library/Preferences/Snap/Lens\ Studio/ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Snap\Lens Studio Copy Text
  • Press ReturnEnter to run the command. The Lens Studio folder will automatically open
  • Prepare to upload your files: zip the "Log" Folder by right-clicking and choosing "compress."
    Locate the Log.txt file right above it.
