Lens suddenly rejected after 6 months for no reason. Need help.

  • I had same problem.  I submitted a facemask that was not offensive and got rejected because it thought it was.

  • I just tried shipping an update to this lens and was rejected!

     

    "This Lens may contain personally identifiable information such as a phone number or email address"

     

    I just changed the position of an object I did not input any phone number or email data

    It is likely the fake McLovin address that triggered the rejection in Review. I've forwarded the Lens to our Review team and will update you shortly in a private message. Please look out for an email from Zendesk.

    Make sure to include project file, Lens ID and screenshots.

    You can find your Lens ID by following the instructions here: https://lensstudio.snapchat.com/guides/submission/submitting-your-lens/

    This will help them investigate.

  • Hello, 

    My lens is rejected after 12 hours live status.

    I Have a lens Titled 'Sangdi Sangdi' that has been live for 12 hours and was suddenly rejected this morning.

    I have not tried to submit any updates or  change anything on the lens.  This happened completely out of the blue. I tried resubmitting today and it was not approved and rejected for the same reason.

    Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
