No respect!

I write this message because I am very angry. I created a lens for one of the biggest customers at the biggest shisha show in Frankfurt, Germany, April 26-28.
You validate it 10 days ago and there was no problem and we test it a lot of time.
I spent a lot of time making this "marker" type lens and it required 3D modeling of 5 products. 20,000 flyers have been printed as they serve as markers for displaying the products. In addition, the snapcode to activate the filter has been put on the flyer.
Today was the first day of the show and you rejected my filter after 2 hours. I tried to validate it again, it is automatically rejected even sending an empty lens!
I got insulted by my client, he does not want to work with me anymore. The consequences for me are terrible. This will put me in a catastrophic financial situation.
These are products of the shisha but no tobacco. The chicha is totally allowed in Germany and this lens work only for the people in he fair because without marker, it does not work. I've seen lots of lens-location and filters in the fair, when people pay for it you are less strict.
I will completely stop working on your platform because you are not reliable for compagnies and you do not respect the creators.

Snapchat may reject or cancel a Lens at any time, including after issuing a Snapcode, if we determine the Lens violates our terms or guidelines.
The Assets must comply with our Lens Studio Submission Guidelines and Community Guidelines and must be appropriate for people ages 13+.

I fully understand that advertising is prohibited, but block totally the service? It's exaggerated or even hypocritical on your side. Be serious ! It's not about promoting drugs or weapons!
In France there is currently a campaign for cetelem, do you think that credit is suitable for 13 year olds? And I'm not even talking about the 2016 campaign for Jameson Whiskey ...

I know its too late now but you should have created a community lens. They get approved in seconds or even minutes.
I was in a similar situation when i first started. Submitted a sponsored lens a day before event and i wound up missing it because when event started it still hadnt been processed.

I activated my lens in advance so as not to have a problem. But moderators have disabled me on D-Day.
I have not received an answer to my emails and i am still waiting for Karolina Matras' answer to my question about Cetelem and credit for 13 year olds?
