Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit); MacOS 10.11+
Hardware: Minimum of Intel Core i3 2.5Ghz or AMD Phenom II 2.6Ghz with 4 GB RAM; Intel HD Graphics 4000 / Nvidia GeForce 710 / AMD Radeon HD 6450 or better; screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher

Also, how do you change thumbnail on a lense? Do I have to delete the whole lense to make a new thumbnail to it? like wtf
You change it in the Project Settings and resubmit
yhea exactly, so you lose the stats from your previous lense?
No, you just update the lens icon in the "Project Info" section, then update the lens. The link remains the same along with the views

If your Lens is submitted through My Lenses as a Community Lens and is not being used for an ad buy, review will generally take 1 hour or less.
