  • follow-up:

    I found the crash logs on ios12, run by this 2 specific phones that crash. It's a long JSON file

    This is the dump for Snapchat,

          "frontmost",
          "resume"
        ],

        "cpuTime" : 15.489114000000001
      },

    I don't know enough to know if something else might be affecting but the apple documentation for crashes say the following:

    When a low-memory condition is detected, the virtual memory system in iOS relies on the cooperation of applications to release memory. [...]. If memory pressure still exists, the system may terminate background processes to ease memory pressure. If enough memory can be freed up, your application will continue to run. If not, your application will be terminated by iOS because there isn't enough memory to satisfy the application's demands, [...].

    search for "vm-pageshortage" in this page for more info.

  • Hi,

    I have not received any Email yet other than the notification for your reply.

    Let me know if you need a copy of the lens (published with the company account, not mine) or anything.

    Best regards and thank you.
